Join me at the Detroit Foundation Hotel for Restore, a celebration of self, honoring both our strength and our softness. This all-levels Pilates elevated wellness experience is guided by live music by DJ Thay and designed to support both body and mind through intentional movement, breath, and reflection.

We’ll begin by grounding and reconnecting through a guided meditation, then move into a music-driven Pilates flow that is gently challenging yet accessible to all. We’ll close with space to reflect through gifted journaling and positive affirmations, alongside a signature matcha to enjoy in community.

This is an invitation to move with intention, care for yourself from the inside out, and share a moment of presence together in the New Year.

Guided meditation to ground, center, and connect to breath and body

10:25 – 11:15 AM
All-levels, music-driven Pilates flow -supportive, intentional, and energizing

11:15 – 12PM
Reflection through gifted journaling and positive affirmations. Signature matcha + time to connect in community.

Includes the full 2-hour experience, mats are provided, journaling materials, small gift and signature matcha.

All tickets are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of the event. You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else if plans change.

Her work centers on intentional movement, blending Pilates, breath, and mindfulness. Through her teaching, Didi creates spaces where participants feel supported, challenged, and deeply connected to their bodies.

Restore is for anyone seeking movement that feels supportive, not performative.

  • No prior experience is required. This is an all-levels class with options and modifications offered throughout. You’re invited to move in a way that feels supportive for your body. The Pilates flow is designed to be accessible and welcoming to all levels, with guidance offered throughout.

  • Just yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and journaling materials will be provided.

    (Optional add: grip socks if you prefer)

  • If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have specific concerns, please reach out before registering so we can ensure this experience is right for you.

  • Not at all. Journaling is an optional part of the experience, offered as an invitation rather than a requirement.

  • Your ticket includes the full two-hour experience, guided Pilates and meditation, journaling materials, small gift, affirmations, and a signature matcha.

  • Parking is available on the street or the hotel provides Valet parking.

  • Due to limited capacity, all tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to a friend.
