About Didi
Pilates has long been my foundation - a practice I’ve returned to whenever I’ve needed to move with greater intention and care. After experiencing severe lower back pain, I stepped away from high-impact training and committed more fully to Pilates, discovering its ability to build strength, stability, and resilience from the inside out.
After more than a decade of personal practice, I completed a 500+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification across all apparatus in 2020. Today, I guide a wide range of bodies through thoughtful, dynamic movement -creating space for strength, confidence, and connection.
“My approach to Pilates emphasizes strength, mobility, and resilience - supporting the body not just for today, but for the years ahead.”
The Pilates Project Experience
Movement here is intentional, athletic, and accessible. Classes focus on precision, body awareness, and intelligent sequencing to create lasting results - stronger posture, a more resilient core, and improved balance.
The Pilates Project blends Pilates with complementary low-impact movement to challenge without overwhelm. The work is engaging and effective. Gentle doesn’t mean easy - it means mindful, purposeful, still challenging and sustainable.
If you’re looking for movement that builds strength, clarity, and a deeper connection to your body, you’re in the right place.
