Group and Trio: To ensure that classes flow seamlessly, doors will open 5 minutes before the start of class.

Private and Semi Private: Arrive 5 mins before class. if earlier kindly wait in your car for the class prior to let out.

Please note that all packages have expiration dates as indicated at the time of purchase, and these expiration dates cannot be extended.

To book classes or private sessions, you must purchase a session prior to booking, at least 48hrs in advance to confirm your spot. See our cancellation policy before booking your first class or private session.

Grip Socks are the only socks allowed in class.

We have a 24 hr cancellation policy for all group classes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of a credit for all students. If you are not going to make it to class, please cancel at your soonest convenience to allow another student to take your spot. All purchases are non refundable and non transferrable.

Absences to class without a cancellation (i.e. “no-show’s) result in forfeiting the class and are considered late cancellations No exceptions.

Private, semi private, and private event sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Log into your online account to make the cancellation in real time. Do not email a cancellation request to ensure that it is processed right away (during the cancellation window).

If you need to cancel or miss your session outside of the 24 hour window, you will be charged for the full cost of the session or one will be deducted from your package.

All purchases are non refundable and non transferrable.

Late arrival for private and semi private sessions may result in a shorter class.

Group and Trio: We provide a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please make every effort to arrive on time. After 10 minutes, you will not be able to enter the class.

If you reserve your spot to be waitlisted for a class, you will automatically be added to a class if a spot becomes available within 3 hours of class start time. If you anticipate you cannot make it to class before being added on,  please remove yourself from the waitlist.

You will receive an email/ when you've been added to a class from the waitlist.  Please check your phone, or your account prior to class if you know you're waiting to get in. 

Make sure your personal settings are turned on for EMAIL alerts.

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, our studio cancellation policy will apply.  

If you do not cancel your reserved class or private session, and do not show up for your reservation (“no-show”), you will forfeit that class/session, and it will be deducted from your account. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We love when you take selfies at the studio and share on Instagram by tagging us! However, we encourage you to take photos/videos before or after classes and as long as other students are not recorded without their permission. If you are taking photos and  other students are present, ask their permission if they are in your shot.

Filming yourself during a group class is not permitted. Filming during a regular group class can be a distraction to the other students and the teacher. You are welcome to film yourself during a private session, with your teacher’s permission.

We try to create the kind of space where students can leave their day to day at the door and focus on themselves. We ask that you do not talk or text in our classrooms.

If you need to make an emergency call, please do so quietly outside of the studio or in the lobby. Photos are encouraged, but make sure you’re taking photos of yourself, or have the permission of others if they are in the shot. Feel free to take photos before and after class (not during) and don’t forget to tag us @pilatesproject.bydidi

Pilates Project by Didi is not responsible for items lost, misplaced, or stolen while visiting a studio. If we find an item that was left, we will put in in our lost and found. If you think you may have lost something while at the studio, check the lost and found area in studio. We will hold any items left behind for 2 weeks.
